Kristin and Mark Nimmo are the Business and Village Managers respectively at Stillwater Gardens. Their friendly, fun and caring personalities mean that everyone is listened to and treated with respect. Because they work on-site at Stillwater Gardens, they are involved in the lives of the residents and staff, seeing them as individuals. |

Working at Stillwater gardens is great. I get to interact with the residents and their families, and it’s just a lovely warm place to work. I think the biggest advantage of being private and locally owned, is the flexibility of management. We can help our residents by tailoring arrangements to suit individuals.
