A weekly service fee is charged to cover rates, rubbish removal, maintenance, gardening, window cleaning and building insurance. A separate charge for electricity (villas only) and telephone also applies.
In addition to the Village services charge, apartment residents select a care package from the following options:

- Employment of duty supervisor

Apartments – Care Level Two (Partial Care)

- Laundering of personal clothing
- Provision of all meals

- Medication administration
- Daily bedmaking
- Individual careplan monitored by RN
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Up to three showers per week
- Assistance with dressing
- Daily ensuite clean and rubbish removal

It's just all those things that make it very comfortable living and the carers are fantastic. Having a hospital right here and the staff on call definitely gives us peace of mind.
